Anyone know how to read a semen analyse?

I'm filling out paper work for fertility clinic and the want me to put my SO analysis count. I have no clue how to put it. My SO read it off and all it says is... 197.2 and greater to or equal to 40.00m anyone know anything about it?

I think the 40m should be the count, I'm not sure what the other one is... Maybe the motility or viability?? You can just write what you think, even if you are wrong, as long as the numbers are right (what your results say) they should be able to figure it out....or you can always call and ask
