heavy heavy period.
New to having PCOS.
I haven't had a period since august 7th and just got it two days ago, the first day wasn't so bad I could wear a regular tampon for like 4/5 hours, as for the last two days I can only wear a super tampon for an 1hr-2hrs else i'm leaking.
Is this normal? is there anything to do to help with the heavy bleeding?
I haven't really done anything the last two days and i'm dreading grocery shopping tomorrow. help.
