how to sleep!
Ugh I don't know how I am going to sleep tonight! My period is so heavy that I have to change every 30min or so! It's crazy and i feel like if I were losing this much blood from another part of my body I would be dead by now! 😕 Hopefully day 2 won't be as bad!
