Help I need advice

I had unprotected sex with my fella (silly I know) but he didn't finish inside. My lower stunt has been cramping like mad this week and my nipples are very sore I can even fold my arms without them hurting. My period isn't due for another 9 days and I did this test last night and nothing showed up, this morning I check and this is what I'm seeing, please give me so advice I'm freakig out a little.
