c section at 34 weeks.

My water broke when I was 27w3d and I am being hospitalized until the baby is born. If he doesn't come by December 30 (at 34 weeks) they are going to deliver him by c section just because after if he stays in any longer after that, there is a greater risk of an infection. Anyway, I was just wondering for any of you mommys who's baby was born at 34 weeks, how long did they have to stay in the NICU before being able to come home? I really don't wanna leave my little man, especially for very long.
