What childcare option have you chosen and why?

I was fortunate to have 9 months of maternity leave. I've been back to work but needing to make big changes for the better of the family and my future. I'm facing childcare decisions. My immediate family doesn't live near me at all so I have to choose a nursery or childminder/babysitter. I don't think I'll be getting a nanny. However I am very interested in knowing what childcare everyone chose and why- now that our babies are soon to be 1!

Also, I'm getting very bad separation anxiety just thinking of leaving buba with anyone else that's not my husband. How did everyone deal with this?! Help?!

Is working opposite shifts an option? I took 11months off just and went back to work last Tuesday. I work first shift and my fiance works  second shift. That way, one of us is always home with the kids.

If that's not an option, I would probably look into some day cares. I personally wouldn't trust a nanny or a babysitter but that's just me.       I know the transition of going back to work and leaving LO is hard enough, so try not too stress too much. Whatever you decide to do, make sure to research like crazy and look up reviews/ect. I'm a stay at home Mom but if I ever did go back to work I'd put cameras all over the house and get a nanny, than tell them there are cameras everywhere. 
I don't personally like daycares because they're always understaffed and in some states the regulations to work in one are so low that just about anyone can do it. With a nanny I can vet a bunch of people and choose my favorite plus the nanny cams will prevent them from doing anything stupid.

Would love to stay at home but my mother in law watching Lillian. I'm happy that she spent the first 5 months of her life with my hubby and me. I was with her from birth until the last week of March and then hubby was with her until May. I'm happy to know she's in good hands. Plus my mother in law was the one who watched our oldest all of 10 years ago.

Our little guy goes to a fabulous daycare center that honestly does more with him daily then I would have been able to if I was a SAHM. The first day was the hardest but the people there love him and really do the best by us.

I was a stay at home mom that got bored so I got a job as a nanny so I could also be with my son . It gives me something to do and it Gives me some extra cash
