any ultrasound techs or anyone?

Good at reading measurements to explain these to me please? My OB said baby is small. Second opinion said baby is measuring a week and 2 days  ahead but some of the percentages look on the lower side.

So one place is worried and one place is treating me like I'm wrong for questioning the two different opinions...

Edit: I went to my OB for a scan and the. maternal fetal medicine. They printed this because I told them nothing is matching from what my OB said. I'm 26 weeks and 6 days.

I think (I'm not an expert) your OB might be concerned about the disparity between the femur length (FL, which is the thigh) and the biparital diameter (BPD, which is the head).
If you look at the ratios at the bottom, they're all within the range except the ratio between these two. But I don't know if that means anything clinically.

Femur length is a little short but nothing concerning. Baby appears to be measuring ahead for the most part, so I wouldn't worry.

Everything looks good to me. 
I know if you get a basic ultrasound they aren't always as accurate and a level 2 is more accurate because the technology and the technicians are better. (In my experience, I'm not a tech I've just had MANY ultrasounds)
