IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!!!!

Me and my husband are trying for our first baby. To lay it all out. I'm 240 pounds, insulin resistance, PCOS, and without meds I can't have a period. We from May to September 2014 we did PROVERA a contraceptive, and October 2014 50mg of CLOMID, then Novemeber 2014 100mg of CLOMID, and a HCG shot, and ultrasound. Then last month I did 150mg of CLOMID, HCG shot, ultrasounds, and I also tried preseed. Can anyone help in what we can try. This month we decided to take a 1 month break of trying to do us, I guess you could say. But can anyone help on what else we can try. We been trying 2 years. And are desperate. Please comment below to give me a piece of mind. I'm in the giving up stage. Being depressed. Thinking I can't do what my husband wants and that's a child. 😥 please help.
