Do you have low white blood count because of your Endometriosis?

I had blood work done to rule out any other medical problems and it came back with everything normal aside from my white blood count which came back a little low. My doctor says (based on my symptons) that I could have Endometriosis and that it could cause below normal WBC. Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks:-D

I have had issue with my white blood count and complete blood count being low and multiple inflammatory markers being extremely high. My endo is the only thing they think could cause it, I’ve seen numerous specialists for it.

Yes! I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2011. I have repeatedly had low white blood cell count since then. As well as platelets.
