I recently had a miscarriage and I'm curious what you ladies experienced your first time after your loss. I'm a bit worried what it's gonna be like when it's that time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!☺

I don't think it felt any differently physically. The emotional part of it all was the hardest part for me personally.

It was fine physically, although I was a bit more tense at first, I was expecting it to be painful or different. Emotionally, it was definitely a bit rough, but I remember feeling so connected with my hubby afterwards.

I didn't wait long after I had a miscarriage and it felt normal I think . I think it hurt a little but not bad
