Mamas who have vaccinated their little ones?! Question!

Okay so my daughter had her 2 month vaccinations yesterday. HBV #2, RV, Pentacel, & Prevnar. Two in one thigh, one in the other, and an oral dose. Around 4 pm yesterday, she had some really crazy leg tremors and then today I've noticed that the injection sites have a bunch of small red bumps all around them. Now when she got her first HBV vaccine at her 1 month checkup, the same thing happened wth the bumps and when I had spoken with the nurse, she said that she hadn't ever heard of that happening and that it wasn't related to the vaccines but here we are AGAIN with it showing up the following day. I've tried looking to see if it's something to expect from the vaccines but can't find anything on the tremors or bumps anywhere. Have any of you other mamas experienced this? And if so, what did you do about it?
