he mentioned our future

I had sex with my guy best friend he said he would date me if he didn't live so far away. We recently had sex and I told him that I want to not have sex for a 120 days and he's okay with it....a couple of days ago I had a dream that we'd have a son and get married, and two days ago he called me his wife and asked where the kids were, and I asked him about it and he said he was playing, but part of me feels as if he wasn't playing around and it keeps me up at night. What do you think I should do we're really young and I don't know what to do about this situation.
