sick baby. what to do?

Ok so my 7 mo old has a cold and it's not going away. It's only been 4 days but he's getting worse. Fever, coughing, congestion, sneezing... The whole thing. So my question is what should I do? Would the dr even give him medicine or do I have to just try natural stuff and keep him pumped full of Motrin to help with fever and feeling achy. Help?!

Four days and getting worse I would see a doctor, particularly because there is a fever involved. In the meantime you can treat with comfort care (pedialyte, infant Tylenol for the fever, Vicks on the chest).

Humidifier! Mine didn't have a fever so I gave him a little benedryl at night to help him sleep and with congestion

See your doc anytime fever is involved. My baby girl was exposed to RSV and when her symptoms got worse we went to the doctor to find out we had double ear infections. Always better to be safe than sorry. She is now on antibiotics, steroids and breathing treatments. All in the matter of 1 week.

Try and make baby  comfortable. Vaporizer, especially at night, saline, chest rub, fluids and lots of cuddle time.  My daughter was sick for a week so took her to pediatrician who ruled out infection.  Two days after that, she started vomitting, wheezing, and coughing like a smoker. Turns out she has bronchiolitis 😔poor bay

My dr recommended these teas. I just made a bottle up and gave him a couple oz every few hours.
