D&C lower back pain

I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage a week ago, December 30th (7 weeks). I didn't have much pain and not a lot of bleeding, just spotting. What I do have is a lot of rectal pain and lower back pain. If I had cramps along with the back pain, it would make more sense. But I don't. I have my follow up tomorrow, was just wondering if anyone else had something similar. I have no other symptoms.
