cervical position

So I started miscarrying oct 25th and had a D&C the next day on the 26th. I believe I was in my fertile window from November 9-14 based on tons of EWCM. So it's like my body took the miscarriage as my new cycle. Today (Nov 21) I did a cervical check and my cervix was so high I almost couldn't reach it, and seemed to be closed. I'm not trying to get my hopes up...but is it possible I am pregnant based on how my cervix feels???? I'm really being real with myself and expecting AF any day now but with this it has me a bit hopeful we got our rainbow so quickly.
