Is there hope?

Went in for my 9 week u/s and there was no baby, just a sac. This was at a clincl like set up but I have a prenatal appt on the 14 hoping they will give me more information on what's going on. I haven't had any bleeding/ cramping so I won't think I miscarried. Anybody been through is or know anything about this??

This same thing happened to me in October. I ended up being diagnosed with a blighted ovum or "missed miscarriage." It took my body upwards of three weeks to realize there was no baby growing. However, there is still a chance your dates are off and you just aren't as far along as you think. I hope you get good news! Good luck!

It's when the egg doesn't fertilise and embryo doesn't develop your body will still think your pregnant but by nine wks you should have a baby in there unlesssssss you are earlier than you thought? I've heard that happens what did they say happens nxt

You could be a lot earlier than you thought chick just wait and see. It's hard but it's all you can do. Good luck x
