Pregnant or nog

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! Okay have y'all ever been lost you just want to ram your head ? Well that's me right about now. Okay here is my story. For the past two years I have started becoming regular I come on between the 29th-1st of every month now last 7 days. But these past two months still come on, on time but only last 4-5 days. I have no idea if I ovulate or not honestly & the 13th according to eve I was fertile for 3 days that day made the third day I didn't know at all till I came in to log in that I had sex with my boyfriend unprotected & every time he as came inside of me. I have pcos & ulcerative colitis (but they said I should be able to have a child only deals with my large colon I have ulcers in it nothing dealing with my pcos) so I honestly dont think I can carry or conceive natural "in denial" I must say very badly. But every other day now we still been having sex unprotected and coming inside every time as well. I'm going off the 13th. & since I been having a lot of gas on my stomach my lower stomach part has been feeling very werid not normal at all. I have 6 days before my next period normally 2 weeks or a week before I Start my boob hurt so bad to the touch and cramp bad in my ovaries. Well I'm not having any signs of about to start AT ALL no boob pains or cramps. My stomach just feel very werid even to the touch kinda. I've been a Lil tired at times last week was the worse I would just be ready to go lol. This week not bad at all just a Lil tired that's it. I can not poop with out having to force it out tmi sorry I know. But anyways I ate taco bell last night felt so sick after. I honestly have no idea if I can be pregnant or not. So please someone help. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out but just not coming to mind so please any question needed to help further yalls understanding please please PLEASE ask away I'm blunt & honest about everything I say so I will not suga coat anything when answering so please keep that in mind lol
