Weird pressure/movement at 23weeks

FTM here so I question literally everything 😂 I'm 23 weeks and for about the last 3 weeks I feel these really weird movements and pressure super low. The best way to honestly describe it is it feels like she is trying to walk/crawl right out through my cervix! I know this isn't even possible but that's the only way I can describe. Any other mommies experience this? I have an appointment with my doctor Monday and it's not uncomfortable enough to call him worried, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
