Advice please?!

I completed my femara round ...it's now our time to ttc...I had spotting last week which my Dr said it was probably mid cycle spotting...however I am totally confused when it comes to cm...I have been on every web page known to man and I'm still confused ...can some one please tell me if I'm fertile?? I called my Dr he said that not all women have it to keep having intercourse but I want to know for my own sake...please help!! Sorry if this is to much info!
