HELP! Pain When Peeing But No UTI??

So on Friday I decided to go to my walk-in clinic to get tested for a UTI. I've only had one once and thought it felt similar. I've been having some pain when I pee, needing to go a lot, and it hurt like a MOTHER when my husband and I had sex. They took a urine sample and said I did not have an infection. He gave me some antibiotics anyway and said to come back if it gets worse or doesn't go away. I'm 11, almost 12, weeks and he seemed to think it was too early for the baby to be making me pee so often. Is there anything else it could be?? Still having pain and it's Tuesday. 😕 I've never had a kidney stone so idk how that feels.
