Symptoms of preterm labour?

I'm 29 weeks with di/di twin boys. I'm scared of having preterm labour and not to understand the symptoms. It's been two days i feel my belly  very heavy, i have discharge much more than before, i have contractions that can last 1 hour every 10 minutes then they stop for a couple of hours. Now i have lower back pain and some mild cramping. Is this all normal or these are symptoms that i have to see the doctor?

I just asked my midwife about this. She says you'll have predictable and painful contractions (like 1 every eight minutes for example). Unlike Braxton hicks, they hurt. Also, you'll have more discharge. You know what is normal for you and if it's a lot more than that, with those painful, predictable contractions, you may want to go in. They can easily check if you're in labor with an exam and if you're too early they may even be able to stop it with medication. Better safe than sorry if you really think something is going on.
