Antibiotics & breastfeeding

I had this place on my stomach and it was hot and red around it so I went to the hospital on Saturday. As it turns out it was an abscess and cellulitis. I was given a bag of antibiotics through my iv and prescribed batrium. I didn't start the batrium until Monday but since I started it I've not been able to pump as much. I know they said it's safe for breastfeeding but is it possible for it to decrease my supply while on it?
