I think my daughter has a yeast infection!

How can I tell if a baby has a yeast infection? She's on antibiotics so I know that it can cause one. She started getting a rash a few days ago and it hasn't gone away yet even with milk baths and diaper rash cream. Please help! She has a doctor appointment on Tuesday so I will definitely bring it up then but what can I do to help her feel better?
