Pregnant?

I am 17 and I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend about a week ago, he did use a condom and it didn't break but lately I've been feeling sore in my lower abdomen and feeling sick. Could these just be because I've had sex for the first time or I could just be paranoid and making the symptoms up in my mind but is there any chance that I could be pregnant? I recently had a tetanus shot and apparently that can make you feel sick but I'm worried about the pain in my lower abdomen. Am I just being paranoid?
