31 weeks and really depressed

I have a 10 month old. Im in a crappy situation and just feel so overwhelmed. Im due in January. And feeling so lost and wish I could just run away from this crazy reality! I didnt have postpartum really but i feel like i have it now. I want nothing to do with anyone anymore including my kids😔.
