sweating for no reason

Does anybody sweat for no reason? I'll be sitting in a room and I'll be comfortable temp and just feel sweat drip down my arm. It can't be normal. For years I've worn dark loose clothing so I don't get pit stains and I'm so over it. It's so embarrassing. I just want to be normal and wear regular tees. I asked my doctor about it but all she prescribed me was this deodorant that itches like crazy and that's all it does.
