sore feet and toe nails......

So i been up and about all day today... and i was wearing high healed boots . 😔bad idea.... i was standing up alll day practically.... it hurts so bad... my lower back and full back and legs and toes and heels hurt!!😫😫😫😫😫what can i take or do to easee the painnnn...........
