Anyone breast feed after having a reduction?

I had a breast reduction 6 years ago. So for me it's kind of a wait and see kind of game to see if I can breastfeed. To be honest I'm not sure I want to. But if I can I would like to at least try & get the colostrum to baby. My boobs haven't really grown at all & as of right now I don't think I'm producing anything. Haven't had any leaking  (35+2). Just curious if anyone had success after surgery before??

I'm in the same position - had a breast reduction 7 years ago and now that I'm 23 weeks along I'm getting pretty nervous about whether it will be possible or not.

From what I've read, the longer it's been since the surgery the more likely you are to be successful. If you still have sensitivity in your nipples you have a higher chance of success as well. It also depends on the type of surgery you had (lollipop, anchor etc) and whether the entire nipple was removed and reattached in the process.
