anchor piercing ripped out

This piercing has been a bother for quite a while. Its a back piercing and its been tugged on and got stuck on clothes a lot recently. It had gotten stuck on my bed sheets last night and just ripped out. Completely painless. Anyhoo, the tissue that anchored the piercing down, was hanging from the outside of the hole??? It kept on bleeding a bit, so it turned into a scab. I currently have a bandaid over it and put cream on it. I dont know if thats okay? 🆘
