Bleeding at 6 weeks 6days

Yesterday morning I started bleeding a moderate amount of dark red blood after dh and I had sex. I was worried and went to the ER. Pelvic exam showed cervical irritation and closed cervix. When I had my ultrasound, the results only showed a gestational sac with no yolk sac or embryo. My hcg level was around 10,000 and 2 weeks prior, my level was 8,600....is there any hope for me? I'm worried....
