I am 6+2 days according to my lmp. I have had a few, very mild common pregnancy symptoms that seem to come and go in fairly short waves; mild cramps, sore boobs, constipation, insomnia, drooling, slight nausea. All common. However other things have started happening that I feel may be pregnancy related. I had a swollen...*downstairs*, that lasted about 3-4 days, and now my wisdom teeth have started growing. Which is very painful. I should say I've felt my wisdom teeth before. They'd ache for a couple hours and then nothing for months and months, so I never bothered with them.
