A Mother?

Question

Do you consider a woman that has had a miscarriage a mother even though she doesn't have a child that is alive? Just wondering what everyone else's opinion is on this.

Yes!
 no one but a mom can feel the pain of losing a child.

We are mothers. Who have mourned our children. 
We have not gotten to see them. But I still carried two of my children. I still mourn my lost children.

I am a mother to angel babies.
I am a mother to my non biological kids.
I am a mother to my unborn baby.

I wouldn't consider myself one if I was in the situation but I absolutely respect another woman who would consider herself a mother at that point. I would never assume another felt the same way as I did, so I'd never ever belittle her or try to make her feel the same as I do. I think that something like this is determined by a individual and there is no right or wrong answer..

I think it all depends on how the woman views herself. I'm 15 weeks and do not consider myself a mother yet (and have one angel baby). It's individual

Yes!  Miscarriage,  still born,  adoption,  ivf,  natural,  alien,  dosent matter how the baby was convinced or how the woman got the baby or if the baby is still with you.  😍YOU ARE A MOM 😍

I'm not very sure. I would think yes because she is a mother to that baby, I'm the womb or not. In all technicalities, she's a mother. But then you get into people who think a fetus isn't an actual person and how many weeks it's considered an actual person. People could probably fight about this one for days but I would say yes. As I'm pregnant and have no other children, I consider myself the mother to my daughter whom I haven't seen.
