strange cut

I have a yeast infection,  I went to the gynecologist to get tested and treated I am still waiting for the results. I woke up this morning to a cut on my inner vagina lip I also found out that I am allergic to the brand of pads I have been wearing, yesterday I wore one of those pads because I do not have the money to get new ones right now. Every time I look up cut on vagina, I see results that say herpes I know I do not have herpes I have only been with one partner and I have been tested before. I have very bad anxiety so if any girls had any stories like this please share because I am freaking out right now. how do i heal it??
