Does this look like implantation bleeding to you? I'm on birth control but on day 17 of my cycle I threw up around 10 hours after taking my pill, and had a diarrhea for two days. It wasn't insane diarreah and it happened long after I took my pill each day

It could be spotting befor your period I get that a lot I get super sick on my period but I also have endometriosis so I'm all sorts of fucked up

Spotting happens on the pill, not to me personally but my doctor told me of this and its normal :)
