My son didn't latch so my supply goes down like crazy from 5oz to 3 oz now im exclusive pumping to feed him. I pump every 3 hours for half an hour and i get only 3oz from both side. In afraid if he growth and want more i can't meet his need. I want to BF as long as i can. If you take fenugreek which one did you take? How long does it take to increase milk supply and does it has any side affects for baby? FTM need help
