Weight loss advice
Hi ladies. I currently weigh 170, which is 15 pounds lighter than my pre pregnancy weight(I lost all the baby weight in a week after having her). I'm happy with the positive change from where I was before I was pregnant, but I used to be 125 pounds and although I may never get that low again I would like to feel healthier and lose some weight. I walk at least a mile every day and have just cut out most carbs. I wear my baby all day long as well. Any other advice for some HEALTHY weight loss? 170 doesn't feel good! What are your routines? What meals do you eat? I feel like even though I'm putting in all this effort nothing is happening! When did you notice your body change after you changed your lifestyle? Thanks!
