ovulation after early miscarriage?

I miscarried at 5 weeks, and was wondering, is your original ovulation date still the same after early miscarriage or is all messed up? My levels have been back to 0 for a week now and I'm due to ovulation according to my glow app tomorrow. I had to order new OPKs, but yesterday and the day before my cm was very fertile looking, clear and stretchy egg white consistency.  Please any help would be appreciated.
