period 2-3 days late

So I haven't had sex since June or July with condom and no I'm not on birth control, but I have been getting my period regularly since then. Well I was supposed to start on thanksgiving and I got nothing.. I do feel cramps like I'm about to get it but when I checks there's nothing there.. I have been a little stressed out lately could that be the problem or could I still be pregnant?
