ttc # 2, ovulating question

My daughter will be 2 in feb and we are ready to start trying for another baby. Last month I started checking my ovulation so I'd be prepared when it was time to get down to business. I never really seemed to get 2 dark lines, could I not be ovulating yet? I still breastfeed in the am and pm and if I'm with her during the day and she wants it.. this one if from today and I k ow it could be early, but last month it only got a little darker and then I got af. Any ideas? Thanks!
