Okay so I got the mirena iud almost two years ago for really bad period cramps and bleeding. My doctor reassured me it would totally help out with the bad cramps and thin out the bleeding. It definitely worked for a period of time but recently over the past few months my cramps have gone right back to normal and are excruciating. Is this something that I should be worried about?
