At home ways to start off labor???

So does evening primrose oil really work to help soften the cervix? And does sperm? Looking for safe at home ways to help me get labor going around 38-39 weeks. If anyone has done any other at home ways to start up labor then please comment!!😊

I used evening primrose oil and had my first baby in 14 minutes and needing only 1 stitch. Doctor said that the oil was the reason for that.
Also I felt like I'd never have my baby so one day I used my breast pump and I got my first contraction. Put me in early labour, next night I was giving birth. At 39 weeks 1 day

I'm 38 and have tried sex, squats, walking up and downs stairs, bouncing on a ball, so far nothing. Although I'm noticing that my Braxton hicks are getting stronger so fingers crossed something happens soon.

Prim rose won't induce labor but it helps soften the cervix. Making the risk of tearing smaller.

I used evening primrose oil as well as sex and in my opinion with my two children they did help a lot but my doctor did tell me   That if my body wouldn't have been ready that neither would have worked.
