First timer

so my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time and we used a condom and were ready. and I know the first time is obviously going to hurt and will bleed and will after pain but it happened four days ago and I'm still bleeding so much. but what I'm most concerned with is that when I look closely, my hole is literally bruised on the outside skin.. I know it's gross but I don't know what to do.. any suggestions or tips or anything? :(
