Did my Plan B work?

I had sex with my boyfriend the day after my period ended with a condom. He didn't cum, but we always check the condom after just in case. It had a tiny hole in it. We immediately went to CVS and I took Plan B. A week after taking it, I bled for a few days and then it stopped which I read is normal but also can be a sign of pregnancy? I also have really sore breasts. I'm not on birth control. It's been more than a month since then and my period is late by 5 days. Should I be worried or is Plan B supposed to mess up your period by a lot? Please help 😩
