help please?? birth control question!

So I started the birth control pill after my period last month. Two weeks after I started the pill, I had sex once with my boyfriend, he put it in without a condom then took it out and put on condom. He also pulled out before he came, even with the condom on. I was supposed to start my period this month on Thursday but I haven't yet and it's Saturday. So what are my risks with him just sticking it in without the condom and not coming and does bc affect my period and could it make it late?
