Sexual toddlers?

I get really upset with my brother. I think he has ADHD. He gets jealous I think of my little brother. He pulls down his underwear and tells brother to suck him... brother is 7, baby brother is 1. He also gets really aggressive at times. Also any advice? It really stresses me and my baby out.

That is not behavior at 7yr old would come up with. 
That child is being sexual abused or has seen this done. 
You need to contact CPS!

Having ADHD and being sexual in that context have no correlation.

He has been or is being exposed to those sort of things. And is acting on what he feels is normal. He needs to get checked immediately.

Sounds like the 7 year old is the victim of sexual abuse. That language and behavior is not normal I would call cps I strongly believe he's been abused.

Someone has definitely been touching this child ... that is not normal behavior of a 7 year old or speech.... He's angry because he needs and outlet for help and love ...

Sounds like he has been sexually abused or has seen porn before. No 7 year old knows what that means without being exposed to it.

I don't think he was sexually abused, because his dad is out of the picture and my mom wouldn't do anything like that. She lets him go on the computer and look up anything on youtube. I don't know if this may be the cause or what. He has had this freedom since he was about 4.

Kids get curious. Obviously he has been exploring his own body. However, the comment of sucking is a concern. However, kids pick language up EVERYWHERE. I don't think a call to cps is needed quite yet, but he needs to talk to a professional. If he is school, I would look into having the school psychologist or counselor speak with him. Or else get an outside therapist to determine any issue. For now, you need to make sure he understands that behavior is not tolerated and will be punished. You need to stand firm on this.
