1st time doing anal & i think i have a hemorrhoid???

so my boyfriend and i tried anal for the first time last night and we didn't use lube bc it wasn't planned and it was an all in the moment kind of thing. (i know stupid but whatever ok it's done) but now i'm freaking out bc there's a little pink piece of muscle or skin or something coming out of my butt?? it's totally a hemorrhoid right so what do i do? i haven't told my boyfriend yet bc im so embarrassed. also can i go to gyno about this? please help and no judgment please
