I did not breast feed but had a clogged milk duct that I didn't realize I had until two nights ago when my nipple was killing me. I mean I've seen that it was a bit white and raised but I never thought much of it until it hurt. I looked it up and it says it can become infected if not cleaned out, so of course I was frantic bc I've had it for so long . I read how to remove it with warm compress and sterlie needle . Soo.. I literally had to poke a hole into my nipple and squeeze the dried milk outZ it was horrible and painful and the next day I had to do it again because I realized I did not get it all out. I'm going to make an appt with my ob to make sure it's okay but has this happened to anyone else?
