implantion bleeding????

Okay ladies.  I had my period the 3-9.   I had my ovarian drilling surgery the 13.  Naturally after the surgery I bled a little but not a whole lot may like 3 days.   Well today the 26 I started spotting.   But it's just small amount.  Not even enough to show on a panty liner.   Could this be implantion bleeding.  Sorry about the pic I'm just looking for some advice if this could really be it or am I overly excited
