I used to when I very first started sleeping with my husband. But, he had never given me any reason to believe that he found me unattractive. At one point I was feeling really vulnerable and mentioned it to him and he looked so hurt. He told me several times that he never thought I was ugly or unattractive. And since then he has made a point to tell me I'm beautiful or call me sexy. Not every time we have sex, but often enough to make me feel special.
