Back and pubic/hip pain 33+4weeks

Heya ladies,

Today I feel like I'm about to get my period, like kind of sore lower back and in my hip bones. There is no definite cramping but the pain is kind of spreading around to my lower pubic area, I have had braxton hicks but they have just been tightenings nothing like this. I don't want to bother my midwife on a Suday if it is normal, bub is still moving fine I do tho feel very run down and slightly nauseous. I am only 33+4 so the bun is not ready to leave this oven.
